Narineh Gharashor's education career spans nearly thirty years in the U.S. and globally, including teaching in California and volunteering in Armenia. She has served as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and district administrator in charter, private, and public schools. Before founding WholisticEdu, she led two Chicago Public Schools, securing multimillion-dollar community investments for each school and student while increasing student achievement and fostering belonging.
As the author of Education in Times of Change and host of The Safe Bridges Podcast, she amplifies stories of resilience and transformation. Having once felt displaced herself, she is deeply committed to creating spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. She now leads WholisticEdu and the Wholistic Wellness Institute, coaching in performance, leadership, well-being, and soon in plant-based nutrition.

Michael G. Fry brings over three decades of creative and educational expertise to WholisticEdu. As the founder of Storywurx, he has built a powerful platform that blends storytelling, inner wellness, and digital media to inspire youth voice, resilience, and transformation. His background spans television writing, education, advertising, content creation, and coaching—making him a dynamic force in designing learning that speaks to both heart and mind.
At WholisticEdu, Michael supports developing programs and experiences that honor the whole person and integrate narrative as a tool for healing and change. His work helps young people and educators reflect deeply, connect authentically, and co-create stories that lead to real-world impact.
