Narineh Gharashor has spent nearly thirty years in education across the U.S. and internationally, including teaching in California and volunteering in Armenia. Her experience spans roles as a teacher, instructional coach, and principal across charter, private, and public schools.
Before founding WholisticEdu, she led two Chicago Public Schools, securing multimillion-dollar community investments while strengthening school culture, improving student outcomes, and fostering a strong sense of belonging.
She is the author of Education in Times of Change and Safe Bridges on Substack, where she highlights stories of resilience and transformation. Shaped by her own early experiences of displacement, she is deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to thrive.
Narineh works as a coach with individuals as well as with teams, organizations and systems as a consultant, and workshop developer and facilitator.
