WholisticEdu began with a simple belief:
Whole people build whole systems.
For more than two decades, founder Narineh Gharashor Azizian has worked across classrooms, schools, districts, organizations, and international learning communities.
Teacher. School leader. Coach. Facilitator. Learner.
Across those roles, one pattern continued to emerge:
We often try to solve human problems with technical solutions.
Another initiative. Another program.
Another strategy.
But sustainable change requires us to look deeper.
People matter.
Relationships matter.
Culture matters.
Well-being matters.
Conditions matter.
And the systems we create shape what becomes possible for the people living and working inside them.
WholisticEdu brings these pieces together.
Our work integrates educational leadership, coaching, organizational development, healing-centered practice, reflective learning, and cross-cultural perspectives to help people and organizations create healthier ways of living, leading, learning, and working.
Narineh Gharashor Azizian is an educator, leadership and performance coach, facilitator, and founder of WholisticEdu.
Her career has taken her from classrooms to school and district leadership and into coaching and professional learning with educators and organizations in the United States and internationally.
Her work is increasingly shaped by one question:
How do we create environments in which human beings can thrive—and therefore create systems capable of thriving too?
That question continues to guide WholisticEdu.
