Whole People Build Whole Systems.

WholisticEdu helps people and organizations build the capacity to live, lead, and work well.

For Organizations & For Individuals

Two Pathways, One Philosophy

We look beneath the symptom.

Lasting change rarely comes from addressing what is visible alone.

We look deeper—at people, relationships, conditions, patterns, and systems—to understand what is getting in the way and build from what is already strong.

This is the heart of WholisticEdu.

rooted in Chicago, Shaped by the world.

WholisticEdu is a Chicago-based organization with a global perspective. Our work has been shaped by decades of experience in U.S. schools and by learning and collaboration across cultures—from Armenia to China and beyond.

WHOLE Armenia

A growing community of Armenian educators learning, reflecting, and creating change together.

Building on our work with educators across Armenia, WHOLE Armenia brings human-centered leadership, well-being, innovation, and practical school improvement into one learning community.
